IN-CAM is an interdisciplinary, collaborative research network. It aims to foster  excellence in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) research in Canada, which informs health care practitioners and health consumers.


To make a donation to IN-CAM and support our activities, please completed the following steps:

Step 1: print and complete the IN-CAM Donation Form

Step 2: Select your payment method:

Credit card: 

  • Complete the credit card holder information requested on page 3 of the IN-CAM Donation Form
  • Email the completed IN-CAM Donation Form to Ania Kania at akania@ucalgary.ca

Cheque:

  • Make cheque payable to: University of Calgary - IN-CAM Fund
  • Mail completed IN-CAM Donation Form and cheque to:
